The Robzorb™ GDS grade features high capacity and low total cost of ownership trough short cycle time thanks to efficient dispensing process.
The self levelling feature enables cavity fill in challenging cavity resonance application .Don ‘t need to worry about PSA liver removal and heavy pick and place process , dispensing technology permit accurate positioning and thickness tuning with cure in place enhancing reliable contact and performance .
Robzorb™ GDS is a flexible, high-loss,ULV0 two-part dispensable elastomer absorber . It's ideal for difficult-to-reach applications within a cavity where suppressing resonance is key. Robzorb™ GDS, targeting 18 to 35 GHz range, is processed through commercially available dispensing equipment handling low viscosity materials.
The effectiveness of Robzorb™ GDS in dampening cavity resonance results from their high loss values with performance already proven from Eccosorb™ GDS, its popular equivalent elastomer sheet alternative. 1 to 1 switch is possible if designs allow. Suppress surface currents and creeping waves and reduce RF coupling too.
