Tgrease™ 3000 is a high performance, high temperature stable thermal grease designed to meet the increasing operating temperature demand, especially for SiC and GaN power semi-conductors.  The high temperature performance can transcend to overall longer reliability in lower operating temperature environments as well. Tgrease™ 3000 has outstanding thermal performance and very low pump out compared to other thermal greases.
